藏药佐太的研究现状与进展

摘　　要：藏药佐太是一种古老的传统藏药,由水银、硫黄、八金、八矿等原辅料炮制而成。佐太含有汞、金、银、铅、铜、铁等多种金属,是藏药中重金属元素的主要来源,也是配制名贵藏成药的贵重原料,现代医药迫切需要对其临床合理应用进行深入研究。本文对近年来有关佐太的研究进行全面的分析和总结,从制备工艺、化学成分、药效学、药代动力学、毒理学、质量标准及临床应用等方面进行了综述。Zuotai is an ancient traditional Tibetan medicine, and it consists of mercury, sulfur, eight gold, eight ore andother raw materiats.There are some heavy metals in Zuotai, such as Hg, Au, Ag,15b, Cu, Fe and so on.It is the main source ofheavy metals in Tibetan medicine.It＇s also the valuable precious material of Tibetan medicine.Modern medicine is in urgentneed of in-depth study on the clinical reasonable application for it.This paper analyzed and summarized the resent progressof Zoutal, and discussed the preparation technology, chemical composition, pharmacological, pharmacokinetics, toxicology,quality standard and clinical application.
