中外合作办学支撑国家“一带一路”战略对策

摘　　要：20世纪80年代改革开放以来,我国的中外合作办学历经30余年的发展,取得了成绩也存在问题。适逢"一带一路"战略的提出,给中外合作办学创造了史无前例的发展机遇,也带来了挑战。面对这种现状,中外合作办学必须正视问题,提升办学理念、创新办学机制、规范办学行为、提高办学质量才能抓住机遇,高质量地服务于国家战略,谋求可持续发展。Since its opening to the outside world in the 1980＇s, China has made great achievements in the development of Sino-forcign cooperation in school running, yet on the other hand, problems do exist. In the meantime, the ＂Belt and Road＂ strategy faces the Sino-foreign cooperation in school running with an unprecedented opportunity of development and challenges as well. In such circumstances, only by way of promoting concept, innovating mechanism, regulating behaviors and improving education quality can Sino-foreign school runners seize the opportunity of sustainable development to offer quality services to the ＂Belt and Road＂ strategy.
