摘 要:采用静电纺丝技术结合溶胶过程制备W(Ⅴ)掺杂的PVP/(NH_4)_6Mo_7O_(24)·4H_2O前躯体,经缓慢控温焙烧前躯体,600℃时获得结晶度良好的MoO_3及Mo_(0.97)W(V)_(0.03)O_(3-δ)微纳米片.通过热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)和紫外-可见分光光度计(UVVis)等表征手段研究W(Ⅴ)掺杂对MoO_3微纳米片晶体生长和结构的影响;以亚甲基蓝(MB)的光降解为模型反应研究其光催化性能.结果表明,热处理温度600℃时生成的Mo_(0.97)W(Ⅴ)_(0.03)O_(3-δ)微纳米片光催化活性最好.W(Ⅴ) doped PVP/(NH4)6Mo7O(24)·4H2O precursors was fabricated by electrospinning technique combined with sol process and then the electrospun precursors were calcined through slow temperature control. Good crystallinity of MoO3 and Mo(0.97)W(Ⅴ)(0.03)O(3-δ) micro-nanoplates were obtained after calcined at 600 ℃. The effects of crystal growth and structure of W(Ⅴ) doped MoO3 micro-nanoplates were carefully studied by thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), X-ray spectroscopy(XRD), Scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) and the UV–Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS). The photocatalytic performance of MoO3micro-nanoplates was evaluated by the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue(MB) under visible light irradiation. Our results showed that the photocatalytic activity of Mo(0.97)W(Ⅴ)(0.03)O(3-δ)micro-nanoplates by heat treatment at 600 ℃ was the best, and its photocatalytic mechanism was also discussed.
