摘 要:在功率流封闭式齿轮疲劳试验台上,对喷丸强化20Cr Mn Ti渗碳淬火齿轮进行疲劳对比试验。为进一步探索喷丸强化工艺对齿轮的抗疲劳特性及动态特性的影响,采用了分组、改变工况条件等试验方法。试验结果表明,喷丸强化能显著提高齿轮的疲劳强度,其接触疲劳强度可提升14.6%,弯曲疲劳强度提升27.42%;但通过对振动数据分析,发现喷丸强化对齿轮的动态性能有不良影响,喷丸强化使齿轮在传动过程中振动增大。On the power flow closed-architectured gear fatigue test bench, the fatigue comparative test of 20 Cr Mn Ti carburizing and hardening gears was carried out. In order to further explore the influence of shot peening strengthening on the anti-fatigue properties and dynamic characteristics of gear, some test methods such as grouping, changing the working conditions were used. The test results show that shot peening strengthening can increase the strength of gear, the contact fatigue strength can improve 14.6% and the bending fatigue strength can increase 27.42%. But through the analysis of vibration data, it shows that the effect of shot peening strengthening on dynamic performance of gear is bad. In the process of transmission, the vibration of gear is increased by shot peening strengthening.
