摘  要:以适航审查工作的流程为主线,以审查工作的技术要点(包括飞机各个分系统的树状图、各部件应遵循的技术标准和该系统适用的安全评价方法)为核心内容,兼顾一架民航客机投入使用前需要获取的证件以及相关证件的申请审批流程,利用Visual Basic语言设计开发了适用于适航审定工作(即初始适航)的安全性评估系统。本系统包含了260余条与安全性相关的技术要求,40余个飞机分系统树状图,10余种安全评价方法,300多个界面。系统结构清晰,操作简单,免去了工作人员手工翻阅相关标准的繁琐,使适航审核的工作流程一目了然,相关的技术要求和评价方法一键访问。该系统形象具体、条理有序,可以提高工作的效率、提升审查的水平。A programming system was developed based on Visual Basic. The system is applicable to safety assessment of airworthiness certification in the initial airworthiness. It works in airworthiness review process as the main line, technical points as the core. The key technologies include the tree maps of all the subsystems, the orders the subsystems should obey, and the safety as- sessment methods apply to the subsystems. Moreover, it also considered all the certificates needed before the civil aircraft coming into use and its application and approval process. The system contains more than 260 related regulations, 40 tree maps of the subsystems, about 10 safety assessment methods, and the number of interface is also above 300. The structure of the system is very clear, and it is very easy to operate too, you can see you work and get the information on how to do you work by only one click. It makes people free from heavy manual work. Due to its image, specific, orderly, it can improve work efficiency and enhance the level of review.
