摘　　要：自然资源是重要的国家资产之一,自然资源资产管理是自然资源管理中的一项重要内容。国际上在自然资源资产管理体制方面有一些相对成熟的值得借鉴的经验,主要包括:自然资源资产管理需要建立在统一的自然资源调查评价、登记、用途管制、资产核算等综合性的制度基础之上;需要建立国家自然资源资产管理的通用规则;需要根据资源类型构建多元化的自然资源资产经营管理模式,合理确定出租、出售、资源股份、国家经营等自然资源资产管理方式所占的比例。Natural resource is one of the important assets of one country. Natural resources assets management is an important content in natural resources management. Internationally, there are some mature experiences in natural resources assets management regime, mainly including： The natural resources assets management needs to be established on the basis of comprehensive regimes, such as integrated natural resources survey, registration, usage control and asset accounting; Common rules of the state＇ s natural resources asset management need to be established; Multiple natural resources assets management models need to be established based on the resources type, therefore defining the rational percentage of the methods of natural resources asset management, such as leasing, selling, resources share and state operation.
