土地利用关系调整对农民收入变化的影响

摘　　要：利用南京市谷里街道、无锡市钱桥街道和锡北镇2014年农户调研数据,研究了农户在土地征收或流转前后收入变化,构建Logit模型分析了土地利用关系调整对农民收入变化的影响。研究表明,土地征收或流转不仅增加了农户人均总收入,对收入结构也有显著影响,表现为家庭经营性收入降低,以及工资性收入、财产性收入和转移性收入的显著增加。劳动力平均年龄与农民收入增加几率呈显著负相关,劳动力平均受教育年限、劳动力非农就业机会和土地征收面积与农民收入增加几率呈显著正相关。Using the survey data from farmers in Guli Street in Nanjing, Qianqiao Street and Xibei County in Wuxi, we study the change of farmers＇ income before and after land acquisition or transfer, and construct Logit model to analyze the influence on farmers＇ income from a perspective of the adjustment of land use relationship. The results show that： Not only can land acquisition or transfer increase the per capita income of farmers, but also have positive impact on the income structure. These are mainly reflected in the reduction of family operating income, and significant increase in wage income, property income and transfer income. The average age of labor force is negatively correlated with the increasing probability of farmers＇ income. However, there is very significantly positive correlation between the increase of the farmers＇ income with average education years, the non-farm employment opportunity as well as the land expropriation area.
