论大学生民主观教育教学的教育主导体系构成

摘　　要：大学生民主观教育教学,应突出社会主义民主的认识引导、意识培育、价值追求和观点生成等方面的环节训练。大学生民主观教育教学具有渗透性、氛围性、展示性、体验性等特点。根据这些要求和特点,大学生民主观教育教学的教育主导构成应多样化,既要有领导负责者、组织管理者、组织实施者、具体实施者的系列构成,又要有相互配合、相互协作、相互促进的过程或环节。Education and teaching for college students＇ democratic view should focus on training of cognition guidance, consciousness cultivation, value pursuit, and viewpoint generation of socialist democracy. In the education and teaching for college students＇ democratic view there are characteristics of permeability, atmosphere, display, experience, and so on. According to these requirements and characteristics, education guiders of education and teaching for college students＇ democratic view should be diversified. There are not only series compositions of direct leader, direct organization manager, direct organization implementers, direct education teaching guider, but also the process or link of mutual cooperation, mutual coordination, and mutual promotion.
