摘　　要：针对线切割加工过程中经常发生断丝现象,通过对各种断丝原因进行分析,设计一种具有自动紧丝功能的紧丝装置,切割产品时不抖丝,不松丝,不短路,显著提高加工效率和加工质量,降低生产成本。For broken wires occur frequently in wire-cutting processing process,through the analysis of all kinds of wire break reason,to design a device which has the function of automatic tight wire tight wire,wire cutting products without shaking,not loose,do not short circuit,significantly improve the machining efficiency and machining quality,reduce production costs.
