摘 要:从汽车轮胎压力检测系统(TPMS)的传感通信与能耗管理方面入手,结合MPXY8020A高性能低功耗传感器集成芯片,设计了一种可靠性好、功耗低的TPMS系统。系统硬件方面采用高性能低功耗的MPXY8020A传感器芯片和MC68HC908RF2发射处理芯片,软件方面采用断续发射方式代替以前的连续发射方式,优化了TPMS的发射程序算法,降低了系统功耗。室内室外测试表明,设计的TPMS系统可靠性高,能耗低,可有效工作在轮胎的有效工作期内,满足实际需要。In this paper,aiming at these aspects of the sensor communication and the energy management in the tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS) and combining with MPXY8020 A integrated sensor with high performance and low-power, a kind of TPMS with higher performance and lower power was designed. The system uses MPXY8020 A sensor and MC68HC908RF2 launch processing chip with higher performance and lower power in hardware,and substitutes the intermittent transmission mode for the previous continuous transmission mode in software to optimize the TPMS transmitter program and to reduce the power consumption of the system. The indoor and outdoor tests show there are higher reliability and lower power consumption of the designed TPMS in this paper,and this system can work effectively in the effective working period of the tire and meet the actual needs.
