摘 要:现有的拖把清洁装置大多通过快速旋转的方法清洁和甩干带有旋转头的拖把,不适用于普通拖把。利用曲柄摇杆机构和杠杆增力机构,研制了一种适用于普通拖把的清洁和拧干装置。其中曲柄摇杆机构实现旋转滚筒来清洁拖把的功能,并基于最小传动角的最大值来优化设计曲柄摇杆机构的各杆长。杠杆增力机构实现拖把的拧干功能,并对其增力效果进行了分析。最后的制造实验结果表明,该装置能实现普通拖把的清洁和拧干,具有实际使用价值和一定的创新性。Existing mop cleaning device are based on the fast rotating method to cleaning and drying a mop with head spin,which does not apply to ordinary mop. The crank-rocker mechanism and the force amplifier mechanism by lever was applied to developed a kind of mop clean device,which are also suitable to ordinary mop cleaning and screw drying. The crank-rocker mechanism,which driving the roller in the device to clean the mop,was designed based on the maximal value of minimal-transmission-angle. The force amplifier mechanism by lever was designed to squeeze the mop for drying. And the force amplifier effect was analyzed. Then the designed device was manufactured and tested. The results show that the device can realize the common mop cleaning and drying. It can be used in dairy life and has certain product design innovation.
