摘 要:数据生成时效性是反映业务系统设计合理性和数据处理效率的重要指标。随着风云三号极轨气象卫星产品在全球数值天气预报中应用比重的增加,其数据生成时效性要求也在不断提高。通过对风云三号业务系统中的数据获取、接收与传输、汇集与预处理、投影与产品生成等多个环节进行数据生成信息采集,并根据各环节之间的业务逻辑关系构建分析系统和数据生成时效性数据库,可以有效定位系统数据处理流程中的延迟瓶颈,给业务系统的性能优化与改进提供较为明确的方向与思路,为制定业务产品发布时效指标提供量化依据。The data generation timeliness is an important indicator reacting the rationality of operational system design and efficiency of the data processing. With the increase of application proportion in global mathematical weather forecast for Fengyun-3 meteorological satellite productions, the data generation timeliness is needed to be improved. According to the collection of the data generation information for multiple operational parts such as data acquisition, receiving and trans- mission, gathering and preproeessing, projection and productions generation, The system and database of the data genera- tion timeliness analysis could be established also with the logical relations among multiple operational parts, it could effec- tively locate the bottlenecks of the operational working flow in the operational system, the optimization and improving di- rection of the system could be given by the timeliness database, and also it could provide the quantized value for the indica- tor of distribution timeliness announcement for the operational productions.
