微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2015年12月采用微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗的胫腓骨骨折患者23例，其中男14例，女9例；年龄14~68岁，平均（43.5±14.5）岁。胫骨上段12例、中段骨折7例、下段及远端骨折6例，所有患者均采用微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗，随访观察患者术后并发症，采用胫骨骨折Johner-Wruhs评分评定临床治疗效果。结果所有患者均获得随访，随访时间6~12个月，平均（8±2.3）个月。所有患者伤口均Ⅰ期愈合，无伤口感染发生，无伤口皮肤坏死、钢板外露。采用Johner-Wruhs评分优11例、良12例。结论微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折具有手术创伤小、固定可靠、骨折愈合快及术后并发症少、功能恢复好的优点，是一种有效的内固定治疗方法，能够有效提高手术治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效。0bjective To investigate effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate for tibial and fibular fractures. Methods From 2012.1 to2015.12 tibiofibula fracture patients were selected.There were 23 eases,include 14 cases of male,9 cases of female,age 14-68 years old,the average age of 43.5±14.5.There were tibial upper segment in 12 cases.7 cases of middle fracture.40 cases of lower segment and distal fracture,which was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation,According to the system of Johner-Wruhs, clinical results were compared according to the system of Johner-Wruhs and complications. Results All 23 patients were followed up with an average time of 8±2.3months（ranged from 6 to 12months）All fractures had clinical healing.low rate of skin necrosis and infection,The results were evaluated by Johner-Wruh scoring system,which were excellent in 11 patients,and good in 12. Conclusion Mininially invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixed for tibiofibula fractures is the effective method,with advantages of small trauma,fracture healing time is shortened, low rate of skin necrosis,and postoperative function recovered satisfactorily.
