摘　　要：目的探讨脓毒症患者血清中炎性标记物超敏C反应蛋白水平(hs-CRP)水平、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)等炎性标记物与脓毒症病情严重程度的定量关系。方法收集符合脓毒症诊断标准的合格脓毒症患者83例,根据病情严重程度分为脓毒症组和严重脓毒症组,并记录患者一般状况后于第2日清晨抽取静脉血8ml送检测定CRP、PCT、hs-CRP、WBC等炎性标记物水平,计算死亡风险系数。结果经多分类多元回归模型分析后可知hs-CRP、PCT水平与脓毒症患者病情严重程度有关联。结论 hs-CRP、血沉、PCT水平对脓毒症患者病情严重程度具有一定指导意义。Objective To investigate the quantitative relationship between the concentration of ultra sensitive C response protein（hs-CRP）in all kinds of sepsis patients＇ blood and the severity of sepsis.Methods Eighty-three sepsis patients were selected,then grouped according to the severity of the disease and scored according to basic information of each patient.The blood sample 8ml was extracted and CRP,hs-CRP,WBC,N（%）were measured and coefficient of death risk was calculated.Results Logistic regression model showed that hs-CRP,PCT concentration,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）were associated with sepsis severity of patients.Conclusion The concentration of inflammatory cytokines,hs-CRP,ESR,PCT have certain guiding significance on sepsis severity evaluation.
