补中益气汤对力竭小鼠胃肠动力作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探索补中益气汤对力竭应激小鼠胃肠动力的作用。方法:以负重力竭游泳法模拟过度"劳倦"应激性脾虚小鼠模型,观察不同时程力竭游泳运动对小鼠一般情况、体质量、抗疲劳能力和胃肠运动功能(胃排空率及小肠推进率)、胃窦组织形态学(HE染色)的影响及补中益气汤的作用。结果:与空白对照组比较,力竭模型组小鼠体质量增长缓慢,游泳耐受时间减少,胃排空率和小肠推进率下降;与模型组比较,补中益气汤组小鼠体质量增长平稳,力竭游泳耐受时间延长,胃排空率和肠推进率有所提高;28天时程的各组胃窦组织形态学(HE染色)未见明显差异。结论:本实验负重力竭游泳能导致小鼠体质量增长缓慢及胃肠动力的紊乱,而不会引起实验动物胃窦组织形态学的改变;补中益气汤能有效调节力竭应激引起的胃肠功能紊乱。Objective ： To investigate the effects of Buzhong Yiqi decoction on gastrointestinal motility of mice with exhaus- tion. Methods ： Simulating the excessive ＂tired＂ mice models with weight - bearing swimming method lead to spleen de- ficiency. We observed the effect on the general condition, body weight, the ability to resist fatigue, gastrointestinal mo- tor function （rates of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion）, and the gastric antrum tissue morphology （HE staining） of the mice, and the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction. Results： Compared with blank control group, in the model group mice＇ s weight growth was slow and swimming tolerance time was reduced. Furthermore, the rates of gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion were declined. Compared with model group, Buzhong Yiqi decoction had a smoothly weight gain and prolonged the time of exhaustion tolerance, enhanced the rates of gastric emptying and intesti- nal propulsion; the gastric antrum tissue morphology in three groups for 28 days did not have obvious differences. Con- clusion： Weight- bearing swimming can cause slow weight growth and gastrointestinal disorder, but can not cause the change of the tissue morphology of gastric antrum;Buzhong Yiqi decoction can effectively adjust the gastrointestinal dys- function caused by exhaustion.
