温补脾肾化瘀法治疗多囊卵巢综合症胰岛素抵抗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中药温补脾肾化瘀法联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合症的临床疗效。方法:选取伴有胰岛素抵抗的多囊卵巢综合症患者共62例,将其半随机分为研究组和对照组,其中研究组患者采用中药联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组单纯采用二甲双胍治疗。对比两组患者空腹胰岛素变化(FIN)、空腹血糖(FBS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)及血清性激素变化情况。结果:两组患者FIN、HOMA-IR、BMI在治疗3个月后均有明显改善,且研究组腹胀腹泻等副作用更少,依从性更好,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者血浆性激素T、LH、LH/FSH在治疗3个月后均有所下降,且研究组下降明显,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合症可改善FIN及HOMA-IR,改善卵巢功能,降低BMI及WHR,减轻二甲双胍的副作用,效果满意。Objecive ： To study the effect of metformin combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods：Select 62 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome patients with insulin resistance and divide them half- randomly into a study group and a control group. The patients in study group received Chinese medicine combined with mefformin. The fasting insulin changes, fasting glucose, BMI, sex hormone and side effects of two groups were compared. Results ： In two groups, FIN, HOMA - IR, BMI and WHR had improved after three months＇ treatment, and the study group had improved more significantly, with a statistical difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In both groups serum sex hormone had de- creased. After three months＇ treatment T, LH, LH/FSH in the study group had decreased more obviously, with a statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion ： In the treatment of polyeystic ovary syndrome, Chinese medicine combined with met- formin can effectively reduce androgen levels, improve the patients＇ insulin resistance, ovarian function and clinical sym- toms, decrease levels of BMI and WHR and relieve side effects of metformin,with satisfactory results.
