肺宁合剂在治疗急性咳嗽中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肺宁合剂治疗急性咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选择我院2013年8月—2014年8月期间收治的急性咳嗽患者83例作为研究对象,并按数字表法随机分为治疗组(n=42)和对照组(n=41)。对照组患者采用常规西药如抗生素、阿斯美等进行治疗,而治疗组患者则采用肺宁合剂进行治疗。统计两组患者的咳嗽消失时间以及治疗时间差异,观察两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分变化,比较两种治疗方法下的临床有效率和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组患者的咳嗽消失时间为(5.12±1.07)天,治疗总时间为(13.26±4.36)天,均显著短于对照组的(9.37±2.83)天、(25.64±5.71)天;并且,治疗组患者治疗后的中医症状积分(3.86±1.02),显著低于对照组的(8.69±2.34);治疗组的临床治疗总有效率高达95.24%(40/42),而不良反应率低至9.52%(4/42),均显著优于对照组的73.17%(30/41)、29.27%(12/41),两组间差异比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺宁合剂应用于急性咳嗽的治疗中,可有效缓解咳嗽症状,缩短治疗时间,其疗效显著优于常规西药治疗,并且安全性高,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective：To explore the clinical results of lung peaceful mixture for the treatment of acute cough. Methods ：83 patients with acute cough were selected from August 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital as the research objects. They randomly were divided into a treatment group （n =42） and a control group （n =41 ） on the number table method. Pa- tients in the control group were treated by the conventional western medicine such as antibiotics, Asmeton for treatment. While patients in the treatment group were treated by lung disappeared peaceful mixture. Make statistics about the difference of cough time and treatment time of two groups. Observe the changes of TCM syndrome score before and after treat- ment in two groups. Compare the efficiency rate and adverse reaction rate of two kinds of treatment methods. Results ： The cough disappeared time in the treatment group was （5.12 ± 1.07 ）d and the total treatment time was （13.26 ± 4.36 ）d, significantly shorter than the （9.37 ± 2.83 ）d, （25.64 ± 5.71 ）d in the control group; and the TCM symptom ~ntegral in the treatment group after treatment was （ 3.86 ± 1.02 ）, which was significantly lower than that （ 8.69 ±2.34） in the control group;the total efficiency rate in the treatment group was as high as 95.24% （40/42） and the adverse reaction rate was low to 9.52% （4/42）,which were significantly better than 73.17% （30/41）and 29.27% （12/41） in the control group. The difference between two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Lung peaceful mixture in the treatment of acute cough can effectively alleviate the symptoms of cough and shorten the treatment time. The effect is significantly better than the conventional western medicine treatment with high security, which should be in- troduced in clinical practice.
