摘 要:可靠性跟踪方法是辨识电力系统薄弱环节的主要方法之一,通过跟踪分析可得到各元件对系统可靠性指标的贡献率,分析得到系统的薄弱环节。基于配电网分块算法和可靠性跟踪准则,提出配电网元件可靠性双层分摊模型,深入分析了可靠性跟踪指标,基于跟踪结果辨识出系统的薄弱环节,并给出可靠性的改善措施。应用可靠性跟踪原理以及双层分摊模型,对IEEE RBTS BUS6系统以及某地区实际配电系统进行了算例分析,辨识出以上系统的薄弱环节,并给出了可靠性改善措施。Reliability tracking is a major method to identify weaknesses links (inappropriate installed transformers, lines and etc. ) in power system, the contribution rate of each component on system reliability index is obtained by tracking analysis, and then, the weakness links in power system can be found. Double-sharing model of distribution in this paper, and reliability tracking indicators is analyzed deeply, and the weaknesses links in power system is identified based on tracking results, then the reliability improvement measures are put forward. Application of the principles of reliability tracking and double-sharing model, IEEE RBTS BUS6 system and a given actual distribution system as examples, we identify the weaknesses of these two systems, and put forward the reliability improvement measures.
