摘 要:电能表用磁保持继电器的可靠性对电能表的质量和用户的用电可靠性有重要影响。根据电能表用磁保持继电器的工作特点,提出采用失效率作为机械可靠性和电气可靠性的特征量,采用成功率作为短路可靠性的特征量,明确各可靠性的考核指标。阐明了电能表用磁保持继电器机械可靠性、电气可靠性、短路可靠性的试验环境和试验方法,在研究失效率和成功率抽检特性的基础上,提出了三类可靠性的试验抽样方案及试验程序,规定了有可靠性指标的电能表用磁保持继电器的定级、维持和升级试验程序。效果验证表明,该可靠性试验方法可有效判别不同质量产品的可靠性等级。The reliability of latching relay in watt-hour meter has important influence on watt-hour meter quality and user electricity reliability. According to the features of latching relay used in meter, this paper proposes that mechanical reliability and electrical reliability adopt failure rate as its reliability characteristic quantity, the short circuit reliability adopts success rate as its reliability characteristic quantity, as a result, the reliability evaluation indices are clarified. The test environment and test method of mechanical reliability, electrical reliability and short circuit reliability are explained. On the basis of studying the sampling observation characteristics of failure rate and success rate, the test sampling scheme and test procedure of three kinds of reliability are put forward, and the test procedures of grading, maintenance and upgrade are stipulated. Effect validation experiment shows that the reliability test method can effectively distinguish different quality reliability levels of the products.
