摘  要:合理规划电动汽车充电站的选址,直接关系到配电网稳定运行、电能质量及电动汽车事业的发展。为此综合考虑了政府、供电公司以及充电用户三方面的需求,针对影响充电站规划的多种因素及充电站的具体情况,获取影响充电站最关键的因素,建立了5个方面,共9个评估指标的一种新型充电站选址评价体系,分析了每个指标的含义和构成。在充电站选址的实际案例中,对候选站址的原始数据,利用德尔菲法对评价体系中各指标进行量化,并以此评价指标体系为基础,结合层次分析法和灰色评价法得到候选站址的最优评价值,为充电站选址的最优决策提供依据。The rational planning site for electric vehicle( EV) charging station is directly related to the stable operation of distribution network,the power quality and development of EVs industry. In this paper,it is comprehensively considered the needs of three areas: the government,the power company and the users. According to the specific cases affecting the charging station planning,and the most key factors are chosen to establish a new kind of EV charging station planning evaluation system which includes 5 categories,a total of 9 indicators,and the meaning and composition of each indicator are analyzed. In the actual case for charging station siting,the Delphi method is used to quantify the various indicators according to the original data for the candidate sites. Then,the AHP and gray evaluation method are used to obtain the optimal evaluation value of each candidate site based on the evaluation index system,which provides the basis for the optimal decision of the charging station siting selection.
