摘　　要：快速电压变动的准确测量一直是电能质量现象检测的难点问题。首先介绍了关于快速电压变动的不同定义与典型限值;基于实验测试波形和实际现场采样数据,对比分析了IEC 61000-4-30:2015推荐新方法和IEC 61000-3-3:2013中传统方法的测量结果。测结果表明,新方法相比于传统方法,更适用于复杂情况下的快速电压变动的测量。A new and precise method for rapid voltage changes（ RVC） detection and analysis is introduced by IEC61000-4-30： 2015. In this paper,the definitions and international regulations on RVCs are reviewed. The results of RVCs using the traditional measuring methods based on IEC 61000-3-3： 2013 and the recommended method in the new IEC 61000-4-30 is compared. The measurement results show that the new method is more suitable for the measurement of RVCs in engineering practices.
