摘 要:通过化学改性可以改善聚酯纤维织物的染色性能。在精准的化学结构设计基础上,合成了新型分散染料常压可染聚酯(NEDDP)和新型阳离子染料常压可染聚酯(NECDP)。与常规PET相比较,其玻璃化转变温度降低了,结晶温度也降低了,但结晶峰形仍尖锐。分别纺制了不同规格的纤维并织造织物。常压沸染效果表明,织物可以在95~100℃实现深染,并具有优良的染色牢度,达到了预期的研制目标。织物染色的上染率提高,尤其是NECDP纤维织物的上染率高达97%~98%,可以大大降低废水处理的负担;常压染色对节能、降耗、甩掉间歇式的溢流染色工艺、提高劳动生产率具有非常重要的意义;且织物的柔软性能得到了改善。The dyeability of polyester fiber can be improved by chemical modification. Based on accurate chemical structure design, the novel polyester dyeable with disperse dye the under ordinary pressure (NEDDP) and the novel polyester dyeable with cationic dye the under ordinary pressure (NECDP) were synthesized. Compared with conventional PET, the glass-transition temperature and crystallization temperature of the novel polyesters were decreased, but the crystallization peak shape remained sharp. The novel polyester was spun into different fibers and was then woven into fabrics. The boiling dyeing effects at normal pressure showed that the fabric can be dyed at 95~ 100 ~C and possessed excellent colorfastness, which achieved the expected target. The dye-uptake of the fabric was also enhanced, especially dye-uptake of the NECDP fabric reached up to 97% ~98%, which can distinctly reduce the burden of water treatment. The normal pressure rapid dyeing will be of great importance to save energy, reduce consumption, dump the batch process of overflow dyeing, and improve labor productivity. Additionally, the fabric flexibility was improved.
