摘　　要：就纺织品异味检测在检测员培训和考核上存在的问题和不足进行了探讨,重点讨论了检测员的遴选条件和应具备的基本素质,同时研究了检测员的培训和训练方法。The problems and shortcomings of training and assessment of textile peculiar odor inspector were investigated. The selection criteria and the basic quality of the inspector were emphatically discussed. Besides, the inspector training and its methods were also described.
