摘  要:载脂蛋白M-1-磷酸鞘氨醇轴(apoM-S1P)是一条由apoM、S1P和S1P受体组成的信号通路。apoM不仅能运载S1P,还能通过调节血浆S1P的浓度来激活不同的S1P受体信号通路。S1P受体信号通路对凝血功能的调节已较明确。近期的研究结果表明,apoM的表达水平与血栓性疾病的发生和发展也密切相关,虽然其中的机制仍然不清楚。apoM-S1P轴可能在血栓性疾病的发生和发展过程中发挥了重要作用。The apolipoprotein M-sphingosine-l-phosphate axis (apoM-S1P axis) is a signal path- way consists of apoM, S1P and S1 P receptors, apoM is not only capable of carrying S1 P, but also activates different S1P signal pathway through regulating S1P concentration in plamsa. It's clear that S1P signal path- way regulates the coagulation function of human beings. Furthermore, recent studies showed a strong con- nection between apoM and thrombosis-related diseases, although the underlying mechanism is unknown, Apo M-S1 P axis may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of thrombosis-related diseases.
