摘　　要：协同创新机制的合理构建是确保农业科技协同创新模式有效运行,实现各相关主体的最优配置的关键。本文从建立和完善农业科技协同创新内生动力机制和营造有利于提升宁夏农业科技协同创新能力外部环境2个方面研究提出了对策建议。Reasonable construction of collaborative innovation is the key to ensure effective operation of collaborative innovation mechanism of agricultural science and technology. This paper analyzed the construction and improvement of inherent power mechanism promoting the collaborative innovation and proposed countermeasures to improve externality for increasing it.
