摘　　要：目的研究李斯文教授运用仙鹤草治疗肿瘤疾病的经验。方法对2015年1月—2015年10月云南省中医医院名医馆李斯文教授门诊598例肿瘤疾病中的仙鹤草用药进行系统回顾分析。结果李斯文教授用仙鹤草治疗各种肿瘤疾病的血证居多,但咳血、便血、尿血及崩漏中的仙鹤草用药,因频数过少而无统计学差异。结论李斯文教授运用仙鹤草治疗肺癌、肠癌、膀胱癌和宫颈癌的血证以及肺癌咳喘,疗效显著。Objective To study the experience of Professor Li Siwen in the treatment of tumor by using hairyvein agrimonia herb. Method A systematic review analysis was carried out on 598 cases of patients with tumor diseases in Professor Li Siwen clinic of Yunnan Province Hospital from January 2015 to October 2015. Result Professor Li Siwen mostly used hairyvein agrimonia herb to treat blood troubles in various tumors. But it is no statistical difference in the used of hairyvein agrimonia herb in hemoptysis, hematochezia, hematuria and uterine bleeding because of the too little frequency. Conclusion Professor Li Siwen in the treatment of asthma of lung cancer and blood troubles of lung cancer, colon cancer, bladder cancer and cervical cancer by using hairyvein agrimonia herb is effective.
