行气健脾针法配合拔罐治疗急性腰扭伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察行气健脾针法配合拔罐治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法将120例患者按就诊顺序分成2组,每组60例,一组用行气健脾针法配合拔罐,另一组常规取穴治疗,观察治疗前后患者的症状改善情况,根据恢复情况确定两组疗效比例。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组为86.6%,治疗组优于对照组。结论行气健脾针法配合拔罐治疗急性腰扭伤疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of qi-invigorating and spleen-strengthening acupuncture combined with cupping in the treatment of acute lumbar muscle sprain. Method 120 cases of patients with acute lumbar muscle sprain were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 60 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by qi-invigorating and spleen-strengthening acupuncture combined with cupping,while the control group was given conventional point extraction. The symptomatic improvement was observed between the two groups in order to determine the effective rate. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100% , the total effective rate of the control group was 86.6% , and the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Qi-invigorating and spleen-strengthening acupuncture with cupping in the treatment of acute lumbar muscle sprain has significant effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
