安泰饮合五倍子散治疗围绝经期综合征效果

摘　　要：目的研讨安泰饮配合五倍子散贴敷(神阙穴)治疗围绝经期综合症的临床研究。方法随机抽取2014年12月—2015年12月在吉林省吉林中西医结合医院妇科门诊就诊的围绝经期综合症患者共计88例,将其随机分成两组,其中观察组患者48例,对照组患者40例。其中观察组的患者采用中药进行治疗,即安泰饮配合五倍子散贴敷(神阙穴)治疗;对照组采用激素替代治疗(HRT)的方法,即雌激素+周期性孕激素。比较两组患者治疗的有效性与安全性。结果观察组与对照组疗效相近,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组停药3个月后主要症状复发明显少于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后不良作用情况观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安泰饮配合五倍子散贴敷(神阙穴)治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective To study An Tai Yin combined with Wubeizi plaster （Shenque） in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods 88 cases with perimenopausal syndrome from December 2014 to December 2015 in gynecological clinics of Jilin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine were randomly selected and divided into observation group of 48 cases and control group of 40 cases. The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine An Tai Yin combined with Wubeizi plaster （Shenque）. The control group used hormone replacement therapy （HRT） , namely estrogen and cycle of progesterone. The effectiveness and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group and the control group were similar, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05） , the observation group 3 months after stopping the main symptom recurrence was significantly less than the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Adverse reaction after treatment observation group was lower than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion An Tai Yin combined with Wubeizi plaster （Shenque） in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome has significantly clinical effect, and is worthy of promotion.
