复方大黄煎剂联合紫草油治疗压疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究复方大黄煎剂联合紫草油治疗压疮的疗效。方法选择2015年8月—2015年12月在我院接受诊治的压疮患者64例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组行复方大黄煎剂联合紫草油治疗。观察两组患者痂皮脱落、创面愈合,新生肉芽生长等情况。结果两组患者经治疗后病情均见明显好转,但观察组相较对照组,痂皮脱落及新生肉芽出现速度更快,愈合时间更短,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论相比传统压疮治法,复方大黄煎剂联合紫草油具有更好的治疗效果。Objective To explore the curative effect of compound rhubarb decoction combined with lithospermum oil in the treatment of pressure sore. Methods 64 cases of patients with pressure ulcers from August 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, and the observation group received compound rhubarb decoction combined with lithospermum oil treatment. The decrustation, wound healing and granulation growth etc. of the two groups were observed. Results The condition of the two groups were seen significantly improved after treatment, but comparing with the control group, the decrustation and new granulation appear faster healing time of the observation group was shorter, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Comparing with the traditional pressure ulcer treatment, the compound rhubarb decoction combined with lithospermum oil has better therapeutic effect.
