益气化湿汤治疗脾虚湿盛型肠内营养相关性腹泻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气化湿汤治疗脾虚湿盛型肠内营养相关性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将60例脾虚湿盛型肠内营养相关性腹泻的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,对照组用地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗,治疗组用中药益气化湿汤治疗,疗程7天。分别观察治疗前和治疗第1天、第3天、第5天和第7天的腹泻情况、Hart记分和临床有效率。结果治疗后治疗组总疗效,中医证候积分,治疗前后Hart腹泻记分优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异。但两组患者治疗第5天Hart腹泻记分比较无显著性差异。结论益气化湿汤治疗脾虚湿盛型肠内营养相关性腹泻具有一定疗效,同时两组在治疗第5天时疗效无明显差异,可能与治疗的后期机体肠道功能的调节具有重要作用,提示药物治疗在肠内营养相关性腹泻的前期具有重要的意义。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the Yiqi Huashi decoction in the treatment of enteral nutrition related diarrhea of dampness abundance due to spleen deficiency. Methods 60 cases of patients with enteral nutrition related diarrhea of dampness abundance due to spleen deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The control group was given Bacillus licheniformis treatment. The treatment group was given the Yiqi Huashi decoction. 7 days was one course of treatment. Scores of diarrhea at 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th day, Hart and level of TCM symptom were observed. Results The total effective rate, Hart and level of TCM symptom of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, and there was significant difference. The therapeutic effect on scores of diarrhea at 5th day between the two groups was not significant. Conclusion The Yiqi Huashi decoction in the treatment of enteral nutrition related diarrhea of dampness abundance due to spleen deficiency has certain curative effect, the therapeutic effect on scores of diarrhea at 5th day between the two groups was not significant, which may be related to the important role of the regulation Of gastrointestinal function in the later stage of the treatment, and suggest that the drug therapy has important significance in the early stage of enteral nutrition related diarrhea.
