摘　　要：目的观察臭氧水穴位注射治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法将2015年6月—2016年1月80例第三腰椎横突综合征的患者采用浓度为20μg/m L的臭氧水穴位注射的方法进行治疗,连续治疗2次为一疗程,疗程结束后评价疗效。结果应用臭氧水治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的总有效率为93.8%,VAS评分为(3.06±0.11)。结论臭氧水穴位注射治疗第三腰椎横突综合征疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ozone water acupoint injection in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Method Eighty patients with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome from June 2015 to January 2016 were treated by ozone water which is 20？ g/mL by injecting aeupoints. Treatment twice continuously is a treatment course. The therapeutic effect after treatment was evaluated. Result The effective of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome treated by ozone water acupoint injection was 93.8% , and the VAS score was 3.06 ± 0. 11. Conclusion The ozone water acupoint injection in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome has exact effect.
