单效升膜蒸发器改造选型及其在硫酸淋洗液铼金属回收系统中的应用

摘　　要：为了将食品医药行业的单效升膜蒸发器应用于硫酸系统淋洗液铼金属回收系统,在蒸发量计算的基础上,对单效升膜蒸发器蒸发容积、进出料方式优化及配套管线进行了改造,选用负压设备,增加辅助设备。应用结果表明:经改造后单效蒸发器安全性能好,提高了蒸发效率,降低了能耗,可自动精确连续出料,且操作方便。To make the single effect of climbing film evaporator in the food and drug industry applied in sulphuric acid eluent rhenium metal recycling system, on the basis of evaporation capacity calculation, the single effect evaporation volume of climbing film evaporator, the way of inlet and outlet and pipeline were transformed, negative pressure device were chosen, and the auxiliary equipment was added. The application results showed that the single effect evaporator had good safe performance, improved the efficiency of the evaporation, reduced the energy consumption and consecutive discharging was precise and easv to onerate.
