摘　　要：针对硫磺制酸余热回收系统中省煤器在转化器三段及四段进水口处易产生露点腐蚀的情况,介绍了一种抗露点腐蚀的水平夹套式热管工作原理及特点。实际应用表明:该省煤器具有占地少、寿命长、安全稳定、抗露点腐蚀能力强等优点。Working principles and features of a horizontal jacket type heat pipe economizer with resisting dew point corrosion performance are introduced, according to dew point corrosion occurring at the water inlet of third and the fourth bed converter in an economizer of waste heat recovery system of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant： The practice showed that the economizer had the advantages of less land occupied, longer service life, safer operation, and better dew point corrosion resistant ability.
