高校图书馆电子资源绩效分析研究

摘　　要：随着高校图书馆数字化资源采购比例的不断增大,使得电子资源的绩效评价越来越有必要。综合目前研究现状,确定了电子资源绩效评价指标,并对内蒙古农业大学引进的十个数据库进行了纵向绩效计算,同时对电子资源使用情况与全国高校图书馆平均使用情况进行了横向比较,实际效果明显。建议各高校结合实际,适当调整指标内容或指标权值,采用横向、纵向相结合的方法对电子资源进行评价,更好地为图书馆资源建设提供可靠的抉择依据。With the increasing proportion of electronic resource purchasing in university libraries, the performance evaluation of electronic resource is increasingly necessary. Combining with the research situation, this paper selected the performance evaluation indicators of electronic resource, and carried out the performance evaluation of ten purchased databases, and conducted the comparison on the use of electronic resource in vertical with more than 10 national university libraries. The conclusion was that the university libraries should adjust the contents or weights of indicators based on the reality and evaluate the electronic resource by combining the horizontal method with vertical method to provide reliable reference for library resource construction.
