摘　　要：SCIP是专门致力于为竞争情报及其相关学科的从业人员服务的国际非营利性组织,它所收集的资源能够全面体现国际竞争情报发展水平,通过网络收集法,对相关文献进行整合与深入剖析,以期全面揭示竞争情报在国外的发展现状。SCIP is a global nonprofit membership organization who is dedicated to serving for competition intelligence and its relevant subject＇s professional people. The information collected in it can reflect the comprehensive level of international CI development. The author use the network collection method and by the means of integrate and analysis relevant literature to comprehensively reveal the current development level of other countries＇ competition intelligence.
