摘　　要：依据JCI评审标准的要求，结合目前临床的实际情况，进一步更新住院患儿保护性约束管理的理念，配合对医护人员的培训及教育，提高规范约束的知晓率及执行率，以确保患儿安全，提升护理服务质量，更加深入地体现“以患者为中心”的护理服务理念。According to JCI accreditation standards, combining the actual clinical situation, to further update the concept of protective constraint management of hospitalized children, with the training and education for medical staffs, to improve the awareness of discipline to ensure the safety of hospitalized children, to improve the quality of nursing care service, and deeply reflect the concept of ＂patient is the center＂.
