摘  要:铁矾渣是湿法炼锌过程中沉铁工艺产生的固态废渣,含有一定量的Fe和其它有价金属元素。为了回收铁矾渣中的Fe,开发了铁矾渣含碳球团转底炉直接还原-熔分工艺。通过自然碱度铁矾渣配加煤粉的方式进行直接还原,研究了不同工艺参数对铁矾渣中Fe回收的影响,并进行转底炉中试试验,取得良好效果。最佳工艺条件:还原温度1 100℃,还原时间30 min,wC/wO=1.2,此条件下铁矾渣含碳球团金属化率达到90.6%。中试试验金属化率为75%,铁的综合回收率达到85%。Jarosite residue is a solid waste originating from iron removal process of zinc hydrometallurgy, containing a certain amount of Fe and other valuable metals. In order to recovery Fe, the rotary hearth fur- nace direct reduction-melting process had been developed to process carbon-containing pellets of jarosite residue. The effect of the process parameters on Fe recovery from jarosite residue was studied, through di- rect reduction of natural basicity carbon-containing pellets of jarosite residue. At the same time, the pilot plant test has been carried out with rotary hearth furnace. The optimum conditions from experimental test are as follows: reduction temperature of 1 100 ℃ ,reduction time of 30 min, C/O = 1.2. Under these conditions, the metallization rate of carbon-containing pellets of jarosite residue reaches 90.6%, the met- allization rate of pilot plant test is 75% ,the comprehensive recovery rate of iron is 85%.
