摘　　要：探讨n CPAP对OSAHS患者血清hs-CRP和T淋巴细胞亚群(T-LS)水平的影响。选取42例初次确诊为重度OSAHS且行n CPAP治疗的患者为观察组,同期选取30例正常人为对照组,检测观察组患者治疗前、后的血清hs-CRP及T-LS水平变化,并与对照组比较。结果,观察组治疗前的hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),CD3+CD4+T细胞水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗3个月后,hs-CRP水平明显下降(P<0.05),CD3+CD4+T细胞水平明显升高(P<0.05),并接近对照组水平。结果表明,OSAHS患者体内存在hs-CRP水平升高及CD3+CD4+T细胞水平下降,n CPAP治疗可以明显改善OSAHS患者的hs-CRP及T-LS水平,缓解病情恶化。The effect of n CPAP on serum levels of hs-CRP and T-LS in patients with OSAHS was explored. Serum levels of hs-CRP and T-LS were measured in 42 patients with newly diagnosed severe OSAHS both before and after n CPAP therapy as well as in 30 controls. In observation group, before treatment, the level of hs- CRP was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈 0.05）; the level of CD3＋CD4＋T lymphocyte was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈 0.05）. After 3-month treatment, the level of hs-CRP was significantly decreased（P〈 0.05）; the level of CD3 ＋CD4 ＋T lymphocyte was significantly increased（P〈 0.05）, and closed to the levels of the control group. The level of hs- CRP was elevated and the number of CD3 ＋CD4 ＋T lymphocyte was decreased in patients with OSAHS. It suggested that the n CPAP treatment can effectively improve serum levels of hs-CRP and T-LS in patients with OSAHS, thus easing the deterioration of the disease.
