摘  要:临界流速是高浓度充填料浆管道输送的重要参数,确定该参数的经验公式很多,但对于高浓度的全尾砂充填料浆输送工程,多采用试验方法确定。本文分析了高浓度充填料浆的流变特性、颗粒粒径组成,通过计算沉降速度来推荐最佳粒径组成及输送浓度,最后采用王绍周公式对临界流速进行计算,得出不同管径、不同料浆浓度对应的临界流速,为以后的管道设计工作提供选择依据。The critical velocity is one of the most important parameters of pipeline for high-density filling slurry.There are a lot of experience formulas being used to determine the parameters of critical velocity,but for high-density filling slurry transportation,test method is often used.In this paper,based on the slurry flow regime the rheological properties and size distribution of high-density filling slurry were analyzed,and the settling velocity was calculated for recommending the optimum size distribution and transport concentration of filling slurry.Finally using Wang Shaozhou formula calculated the critical velocity,and the corresponding critical velocity for different pipe diameter and different slurry concentration were got,which provided the basis for the future pipeline design work.
