摘 要:探讨联用褐藻胶降解物(ADP)与头孢类抗生素对临床常见耐药菌的抑制活性。在不同条件下酸降解褐藻胶得到ADP-1、ADP-2、ADP-3和ADP-4,分别与6种头孢类抗生素联用。以耐药的铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌,以及泛耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌为受试对象,采用96孔板倍比稀释法进行抑菌活性筛选,通过计算抑菌率评价ADP与头孢类抗生素联合抑制耐药菌的效果。结果表明4种ADP与头孢类抗生素联用后,抑菌率大多提高到80%以上,尤其是头孢拉定与ADP-3联用后,对耐药铜绿假单胞菌的抑制率提高了116倍。结果提示ADP可进一步开发成为抗菌增效药物。The inhibitory activities of alginate degradation products (ADP) with the combination of six cephalosporins to the clinical common drug-resistant bacteria were explored. The alginate degradation products ADP-1, ADP-2, ADP-3 and ADP-4 were obtained by acidolysis. Their antimicrobial activities were measured by twofold dilution method on 96-well plates against standard drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii. The inhibitory effect against drug-resistant bacteria was evaluated by the related bacteriostasis rates. The results showed that the bacteriostasis rates of cephalosporins combined with ADPs were mostly more than 80 %, the potency of the antibiotics was significantly improved. Especially for cefradine, the inhibition rate to drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa could be increased up to 116 times when combined with ADP-3. It was inferred that ADP could be further developed as a synergistic antimicrobial drug.
