摘  要:以电网为核心的能源互联网发展趋势及信息技术高度发展,对大电网安全稳定运行和智能防控提出了更高的要求,需要发展和建立与之相适应的在线安全防御支撑体系。首先,评述了现有电网安全防控发展现状及新形势需求,进而提出了建立信息驱动的大电网全景安全防御的设想,详细阐述了其概念、建设目标、多维控制内涵及多层次互动协调控制原则。其次,以信息流控制能量流为核心,设计了自动闭环控制与服务层次架构,明确了各环节的主要功能。在此基础上,系统性部署了信息驱动的全景安全防御理论框架,并阐明了各层面的基础理论和关键技术。最后,给出了该体系实施的时空大数据构建模式,以期利用先进大数据技术实现运行环境下的大电网多维度、立体化安全防御及精确掌控。The advanced development of Energy Internet and information gathering technology brings higher request for operation security and stability as well as intelligent defense and control of large power grids. As a result, the online security defense support system need to be developed and built accordingly. Firstly this article commended on current development and demand in the field of bulk power system safely controlled technology. The idea was proposed of establishing an information-driven panoramic security defense. Its concept, construction goal, multi dimensional collaboration control concept and multi-level interactive cooperative control principle were described in detail. Secondly, concentrating on information flow controlled energy flow, the closed-loop control and service levels and infrastructure were designed, the main functions of each link were made clear. Based on this, the theoretical structure was systematically developed of information driven global security defense. The relating basic theory and key technologies were interpreted. Finally, the implementation route of the system was presented, in hope of realizing multi-dimensional and three-dimensional security defense as well as quantitative assessment and effective control of large power grids under operation environment and by means of advanced big data technology.
