摘  要:近些年来,双侧脉宽调制变频系统相关技术的研究已成为热点问题,该文在模型预测控制的基础上,提出了一种新型的功率预测算法。该算法中,整流侧采用模型预测直接功率控制,逆变侧采用模型预测直接转矩控制,为了补偿系统本身延迟,双侧均采用2步预测控制。同时,在直流电压外环中引入系统级功率平衡模型,在逆变侧输出功率前馈的基础上,对稳态响应所需功率进行实时性预测补偿,对动态响应所需功率进行阶段性超前预测补偿。以异步电机为负载的仿真和实验对比研究结果表明,改进的功率预测控制能够进一步抑制突变时的电压波动,提高了直流侧的动态响应,在系统能量流动精确控制的同时实现了双侧控制性能的协调提升。The research on the technology of the dual-pulse width modulation(PWM) converter system has become a hot issue recently. Based on the model predictive control, a novel power prediction control algorithm was proposed in this paper, in the rectifier side model predictive direct power control was adopted, and in the inverter side model predictive direct torque control was used. Two-step prediction based on the model predictive control(MPC) algorithm was developed to compensate for the delay of a digital control system. Meanwhile, a system-level power balance model was introduced into the DC bus voltage outer loop, and the active power reference was defined based on inverter's output feedback in real-time and periodic power compensation. The excellence of the proposed power prediction scheme was verified by experiments for the induction motor drive system fed by this dual-PWM converter. All the results confirm that the proposed control strategy has improved the dynamic response of the DC link, also effectively inhibited the DC bus voltage fluctuation, and therefore achieved coordinate performance improvement on both rectifier and inverter sides.
