摘 要:试验研究不同密度的石墨填料环的轴向力传递特性和压缩回弹性能;结合有限元数值模拟,研究不同密度的石墨填料环的侧压系数;通过试验研究不同密度的双层石墨填料环的密封特性。结果表明:侧压系数随着加载轴向力的增加而增加,密度对侧压系数的影响不明显;轴向力传递率随石墨填料环的密度增大而增大;石墨填料环的压缩率随着密度的增大而减小,回弹率随密度的增大而增大;不同密度的双层石墨填料环在目标轴向压力40 MPa下的泄漏率均低于设定值(1.0×10^(-6)Pa·m^3/s),密度对泄漏率没有明显的影响。The axial force transfer and compression-resilience characteristics of graphite packing rings with different density were studied using experimental method. Combined with the finite element numerical simulation, the lateral pressure coefficient of graphite packing rings with different density was investigated, and the sealing performance of double layer graphite packing rings with different density was studied using experimental method.The results show that lateral pressure coefficient is increased with the increasing of axial force.The influence of graphite packing density on the lateral pressure coefficient is not obvious.The axial force transfer rate is increased with the increasing of graphite packing ring density.Corn- pression rate is decreased with the increasing of graphite increasing of graphite packing ring density. The leakage packing ring density, and the resilient rate is increased with the rate of double layer graphite packing rings with different density under the target axial pressure of 40 MPa is less than the set value ( 1.0×10^(-6) Pa· m3/s) ,the density of packing ring has no obvious influence on sealing performance.
