摘 要:建立波纹表面径向轴承的控制方程,并采用有限单元法进行求解;分析设计参数如波纹个数、偏心率、波幅比(波纹幅值与半径间隙的比值)和初始安装角度对波纹表面径向轴承静态性能的影响。研究结果表明:波纹个数对轴承承载力及偏位角的影响非常显著,在保证载荷作用于瓦上的情况下,小的波幅比(波幅比小于0.1)时轴承承载力随着波纹个数增加而减小;波形表面轴承在大多数情况下的承载力均大于其对应的圆轴承,但在初始安装角度小于20°和波幅比小于0.15时可能相反。在小的波幅比(波幅比小于0.1)时,承载力随着初始安装角度增加存在着极小值,而在大的波幅比下,承载力则呈先增大后减小的变化规律。The governing equation of the hydrodynamic wave bearing was established and solved by the finite element method. The effect of the design parameters including wave number, eccentricity ratio, wave amplitude ratio ( the ratio of wave amplitude and nominal radius clearance) and installation angle on the static performance of the wave bearing was dis- cussed. It is shown by the numerical results that the influence of the wave number on the load capacity and attitude angle is significant. The load capacity of the wave bearing is decreased with the rise of wave number when the wave amplitude ratio is lower than 0. 1 under the assumption that the load is applying on the sleeve between the two groove. The wave bearing has a larger load capacity than the plain one in general, except that the wave amplitude ratio is less than 0. 15 and the installation angle is smaller than 20 degree. There is a minimum value of the load capacity as the increasing of installa- tion angle with wave amplitude ratio smaller than 0. 15, while in the larger wave amplitude ratio situation, the load ca- pacity is increased at first and then decreased in the end as an increasing installation anzle.
