摘　　要：按照ASTM D6973标准建立新Vickers 35VQ25A液压油试验台架及评定方法,通过试验考察该试验台架对油品的区分性及试验的重复性。结果表明,建立的Vickers 35VQ25A试验台架各参数满足ASTM D6973标准,与标准的Vickers 35VQ25A台架有很好的对应性;该台架对不同的油样具有较好的区分性,且试验具有良好的重复性,可用于高压抗磨液压油的评定。Vickers 35VQ25A new test bench and evaluation method for hydraulic oil were established according to ASTM D6973 standard.Repeatability and distinguish ability tests for different hydraulic oils were studied on this bench.The results show that all parameters of the established bench meet the ASTM D6973＇ s demands, corresponding very well to the normal Vickers 35VQ25A test bench.The established bench posses excellent repeatability and distinguish ability to differ- ent oil samples, it can be used to evaluate high, pressure anti-wear hydraulic oils.
