摘 要:为了研究界面状态对CFRTP/金属激光连接质量的影响规律,实现二者高质量的连接。对不同界面情况下的样件进行了焊接实验、强度拉伸测试以及断面组织分析,找到了添加树脂层厚度、不锈钢表面粗糙度对接头剪切强度的影响规律,以及酸洗和激光微织构化处理提高接头连接强度的机理。结果表明,通过金属表面预处理和提高结合面熔融树脂量均能有效提高接头的剪切强度,特别是激光微织构化处理后拉伸样件的失效发生在树脂基体与碳纤维之间,这说明CFRTP/不锈钢之间的连接剪切强度已超过了CFRTP内部基体树脂与碳纤维的结合强度。To study how the interface state affects the joining quality between the CFRTP and metals,this paper investigated the quality of CFRTP/metal with laser joining after the interface state was treated withtwo methods,the metal surface pretreatment andadding thePPS laminae.The joining experiments,the shear strength test and the cross section detection werecarried out.The effect of the PPS thickness and the metal surface roughness on the joint shear strength was researched,and the joining mechanism of the surface pickling and laser micro-texturing were analyzed.The results showed that thejoining strength could be improved throughpickling andlaser micro-texturing.The fraction occurred in the CFRTP,which showed that the joint shearstrength is higher than the bonding strength between the based polymer and the carbon fiber in the CFRTP material.
