摘 要:探讨苎麻混纺比对混纺纱性能的影响。设计了4个集聚纺9.7tex混纺纱方案,其中苎麻的混纺比逐渐增加;介绍了各纤维性能、成纱规格和纺纱过程;总结了各工序采取的相应技术措施和工艺参数;对比分析了4个方案的成纱质量指标。结果表明:随着苎麻混纺比的增加,成纱条干CV逐渐上升,常发性纱疵增加,成纱断裂强力及断裂伸长率下降,3mm及以上有害毛羽增加。认为:根据织造工序对经纱力学性能的要求,苎麻混纺比应控制在20%以内。Influences of ramie fiber content on blended yarn property were discussed. 4 kinds of condensed spinning 9.7 rex blended yarn projects were designed and the content of ramie fiber was increased gradually. Fiber property,yarn specification and spinning process were introduced. The appropriate technical measures and tech- nology parameters adopted in each processes were summarized. Yarn quality of 4 spinning projects were compared and analyzed. The results show that with increased the ramie fiber blending ratio, yarn evenness CV value and fre- quent yarn defects are increased gradually, yarn breaking strength and breaking elongation rate are decreased, 3 mm and above 3mm harmful hairiness are increased. It is considered that according to the mechanical property re- quirements of warp in weaving process, ramie fiber blending ratio should be controlled within 20 %.
