摘　　要：为了更好挖掘SAURER清梳联的设备潜力,介绍了SAURER清梳联工艺流程,对所配置的JSC326型梳棉机的主要工艺项目进行了优化试验,确定了梳棉机工艺配置方案,并取得了较好的纺纱效果。认为:对清梳联JSC326型梳棉机有关工艺进行优化,有利于清梳联系统效果的正常发挥,进而有利于提高成纱产质量。In order to better excavate equipment potential of SAURER blowing-carding unit, the process flow of SAURER was introduced. Optimization experiments were performed for the main technology projects of con- figured JSC326 carding machine. Process configuration scheme of carding machine was confirmed. Better spinning effect was obtained. It is considered that the optimization of relative processing for JSC326 carding machine of blo- wing-carding unit is beneficial to give normal play to the systemic effect of blowing-carding unit and good for the improvement of yarn quality.
