超声在儿童结核性胸膜炎诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨超声在小儿结核性胸膜炎中的应用价值。方法对59例经穿刺活检、胸腔镜及病理证实的小儿结核性胸膜炎的声像图进行回顾性分析总结。结果 59例患儿术前超声诊断符合率69.5%,根据声像图表现分为三型:胸腔积液型、胸膜增厚伴肋间淋巴结肿大型和混合型。结论超声能够显示不同类型结核性胸膜炎的声像图特点,对小儿结核性胸膜炎具有重要诊断价值。Objective Explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of tuberculosis pleurisy of children. Methods The ultrasonograms of 59 children with tuberculosis pleurisy confirmed by needle biopsy, thoracoscope and pathology were retrospectively reviewed. Results The ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 69.5% in 59 cases, three types were divided based on ultrasonographic findings ： pleural effusion type, pleural thickening with lymph nodes swollen large between ribs type, mixed type. Conclusions Ultrasound can display ultrasonographic characteristics of different types of tuberculosis pleurisy and has important diagnostic value in the diagnosis of tuberculosis pleurisy of children.
