Evaluation Gastric Emptying in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Patients with Gastric Involvement by Ultrasonic Whole Stomach Cylinder Method

摘　　要：目的采用超声全胃圆柱体法(UWSCM)评价系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)胃受累患者胃排空。方法应用UWSCM对80例健康志愿者及15例SLE胃受累患者胃排空25%(T1)、胃排空50%(T2)及胃排空75%(T3)的时间进行测定对比,并与SLE患者的临床症状评分结果进行相关性分析。结果 SLE胃受累患者胃排空时间T1比正常组缩短(17.13±3.68vs 19.96±4.92,P<0.05)。T3比正常组显著延长(83.73±7.35vs 74.26±8.60,P<0.05),且与症状指数相关性最好(r=0.706,P<0.01)。结论 SLE胃受累患者的胃排空时间异常,并与其部分上消化道症状相关。UWSCM可以为SLE胃受累患者的胃排空异常提供准确的依据。Objective To evaluate the gastric motility in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） gastropathy by ultrasonic whole stomach cylinder measurement （UWSCM）. Methods The gastric emptying time at 25% （T1）, 50% （T2） and 75% （T3） of 80 healthy subjects and 15 cases patients with SLE gastropathy were measured by UWSCM. Difference of gastric emptying time （ET） between the two groups was compared and the ET of patients were Compared withtheir clinical symptom scores. Results T1 in the systemic lupus erythematosus patients was shorter than that in the healthy subjects （17.13±3.68 vs 19.96±4.92, P〈0.05）. T3 in the systemic lupus erythematosus patients was longer than that in the healthy subjects （83. 73±7.35 vs 74.26±8.60, P〈0.05）. T3 in the systemic lupus erythematosus group showed the best correlation with the symptom index（r=0. 706, P〈0, 01）. Conclusions ET in the SLE gastropathy patients was abnormal and correlated with their upper gastrointestinal symptoms. UWSCM provides an accurate basis on clinical diagnosis of gastric emptying abnormalities.
